Wheel-dris EDH

Okay, so, allow me to start by explaining the inspiration for this deck; I am what you would call a Spellslinger- a player who prefers casting instant and sorcery spells in lieu of creatures as a means of winning. The fewer the better, in my honest opinion. However, I also like to have fun and when I saw Commander had released a low costing legendary that could grant my spells Cascade, well, I just had to start brewing. Instead of using his ability to drop out multiple creatures while generating as much value as I can off of expensive spells, this deck intends to cast nearly twenty spells within the first few turns, control the board mid game and absolutely ruin your opponents decks through massive spamming of Wheel and Windfall effects, because screw having a logical hand! So, without further ado, let's look at the deck list.
Note: Certain cards can and may be swapped out for certain cards from a "Honor Board"

Good, Better, Worse. (Magic Concepts)

Okay, you all knew this day was coming, so let's get right to it. Now, now, don't fret, the process is quite simple: We take all of your bad cards... and put them in the "Never again" box.
But, before we do that, we need to sort through your collection, so today, I'm going to teach you how to tell a bad card from a good card, a better card from a sub par card and what you can do with it all. For the sake of time and simplicity we shall be covering a personal favorite of mine: Removal.

Removal, for those new to the game, is any card (usually a one shot effect) that, we, removes a card from the field. More times than not it is used to describe a creature removal spell. Some of the best removal can be found in Black, black being the color of death, ambition and the like. The upside is that most are pretty strong. The down side is, there is a LOT of removal in Magic, we are talking loads. So, I have prepared a sort of mash up for you. Enjoy.

Stand the Teammate

So, you want to play Vanguard? Maybe you saw the show and thought, "Hey, it's like Yu-Gi-Oh but balanced" or "It's like Magic but easier to understand and doesn't typically cost as much!" Well, whatever your reason, you're here and about to learn what YOU need to do to improve you game-play without breaking the bank. Now, I know that some decks will be a bit pricey, even if you go for a budget build, but such is the cost of success. I am simply going to instruct you on how to spend as little as reasonably possible.

First things first, you must have an idea for a deck; start by researching each Clan and the deck options available to them. For those who may not know the clans are:  United Sanctuary, Dragon Empire, Star Gate, Dark Zone, Magallanica, and Zoo. Each of these clans have vastly different play styles and flavor, so I recommend you find one that makes the most sense to you and play that (After all, you can always delve into other decks at a later date).
